We are looking for motivated Data Scientists with excellent leadership skills, candidate should have ability to develop, automate, and run analytical models of our systems. You will have strong modeling skills and is comfortable owning their own data and working from concept through to execution. This role will also build tools and support structures needed to analyze data, dive deep into data to resolve root cause of systems errors & changes, and present findings to business partners to drive improvements. Applicants have a demonstrated ability to manage medium-scale modeling projects, identify requirements and build methodology and tools that are statistically grounded.

Basic Qualifications

  • In the process of obtaining or recently obtained an advanced degree (Ph.D. strongly preferred) in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related industry experience
  • 1+ year experience with statistical tools (e.g. R) and analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, time series analysis. Able to write SQL scripts for analysis and reporting ( SQL, MySQL)
  • Candidate should have knowledge of Pandas, Keras and other packages.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of analysing, music, video and image data.
  • Experience using one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C++, C#, Ruby)
  • Experience with big data: processing, filtering, and presenting large quantities (100K to Millions of rows) of data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in machine-learning methodologies (e.g. supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning etc.)
  • Experience with clustered data processing (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Map-reduce, Hive).
  • Experience in communicating technically, at a level appropriate for the audience.

We are currently searching for an Event Manager intern to join our Marketing team. This person will plan, budget, and manage external events. The candidate will have direct ownership of event strategy and results aimed at building the CX brand in new and existing markets as well as contributing to lead generation success.


  • Conceptualize, plan, budget, and execute events that integrate into marketing goals and contribute directly to sales pipeline success. Events include music festivals, competition, corporate events.
  • Identify key events that consider target markets, field input, market research, and competitive participation.
  • Manage simple to complex projects utilizing event coordinating best practices.
  • Research, select, negotiate, and manage vendors and organizers for domestic and international venues.
  • Ensure proper application and advancement of the corporate brand and messaging.
  • Work with internal and external resources to develop and deliver all event-related deliverables by required deadlines including abstracts, papers, handouts, offers, giveaways, email communications, signage, registration materials.
  • Execute events at or below budget as well as provide ROI and cost reporting to management.
  • Conduct event post-mortems and analyze event performance for improvement and potential for future plans.
  • Own and administer event-related campaign updates within the company’s CRM application.
  • Use event management (e.g., Event Brite), online meeting (e.g., GoToWebinar) and CRM application to execute and track events.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Event Planning, Marketing, Business, or English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly creative and goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Decision-making based on established marketing metrics and best practices.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
